Mission Meeting with Core Members
In the IIHP Mission meeting held on 22.10.23 as per the discussions and decisions taken afterwards the following points are to be noted and followed.
- IIHP will record videos with the help of its resource persons and post it on its YouTube Channel. [Schedule/Frequency?]
- A special Q-A session will be organized every month where IIHP members will raise questions and IIHP resource persons shall answer most relevant, useful and selected questions. First 15 days of the month shall be reserved for raising the questions while next 15 days shall be reserved for the answers and as and when answers are received these shall be posted on IIHP Website/YouTube Channel.
- State units shall hold a monthly webinar/seminar with the help of IIHP or other resource persons. A list of IIHP resource persons shall be posted on the Mission page for easy reference and contact. Regional Vice Presidents and Jt Secretaries to coordinate between State officials and IIHP Mission/IIHP Resource Persons.
- Every month all the activities of the units [district and state] shall be reported to the CEC through the concerned regional VP and Jt Secretary.
- Regional Vice-Presidents and Jt. Secretaries shall contact regional homoeopathic medical colleges for the organization of IIHP Mission sessions with their students. They shall keep a log of activities and report the progress in this regard to National President every month plus they shall coordinate between College Authorities and IIHP Mission.
